If you cannot connect the camera to the network, below reasons might cause to the problem:
This is wireless IP camera, if camera is too far from the router, the WIFI signal will be reduced by walls, and weak wifi signal might cause unstable connection to the internet.Slow network can adversely impact performance. The network status of the smart phone can also affect the speed of connection.The camera only work with 2 4GHz wifi, NOT support 5GHz and ethernet port.
